What's the difference between 30 fps and 60 fps again in terms of gameplay?

Gameplay is more smoother, and i seem to hit tiger drop more consistently after going to 60fps

check desc, also major downside is the regular rush combo sometimes ending too quickly during stun combos. Bosses reacts/recover faster plus, Kiryu's movement is slightly nerfed/shorter.
