Stephen! I have dealt with long-lasting injuries for the last 11 years, and today I was in extra pain after my workout. This class helped TREMENDOUSLY to open up my hips and allow me to walk without pain! I cannot thank you enough! I will definitely be visiting your channel a whole lot from here on out! One of my absolute favorite classes, a great "go to." Good for working through difficult emotions that might be going on, because of the heavy emphasis on connecting breath to postures, and because of the range of body parts that are worked on here (spine, hips, shoulders, back, legs, chest!). Love that it starts with breath of fire and warm-up-- Really helped me get deeper and deeper for the remainder of the practice. Thanks yet again Stephen for a wonderful practice.

This is a really great stretching practice, at several points in the practice my body felt twice as open, my spine twice as long. I really like that you added some tips in particular poses, such as the first trichonasana--I've been doing this pose for years but you taught me better technique. I would like to return to this class when I want to feel openness, connectedness with my breath, and really loose hamstrings, hips and back. Not a sweaty / fast practice, but my breath could get really deep. Thanks again Stephen!

Would go for every other day with flexibility, and let the days in between be strength. Try out our warrior yoga series, does three days of strength and three of flexibility. :-)

István György The challenge is, can we be while still being fast. Meditation is easy in the middle of a Forrest in a calm space where all we can hear is the wind in the trees. True meditation is when we can meditate in the insanity of life, or a crazy yoga class.
