The class is amazing it's becoming my morning routine before starting my day. Unfortunately the inductions for breathing are somehow missing I wish if we could had a similar 1h video with all the "inhale" "exhale " sequences coz the vinyasa is mainly about the breath. I'm probably your oldest student (60 years young) More one hour classes pleases - especially slow flow. 90 minutes would be even better for getting body ready for intense backbends like wheel! Love your classes - thank you for making them accessible for retirees for free.

Yes! More hour long, please! Even- 1hr 15 min. to 1 1/2 hour which was the norm- really gives you the chance to complete warmup, flow and cool down and to feel invigorated and relaxed at the end. Thank you for the great class.

This is my favorite yoga video, I've bought and watched hundreds of yoga videos, but this is the perfect combination of strengthening and flexibility training. Better than the dozen or so in person yoga classes I go to in my area. Please make more 45 min or hour long yoga videos. A half hour just doesn't get me warmed up enough to really benefit from the flexibility stretches. Thank you so much for making these! I've had to cut back on the classes I go to because money has gotten tight. This helps me take excellent care of myself without breaking the bank.

Hey Kassandra, I LOVED this class! Never done a hip opener quite like that, wow! I love this class because, as opposed to a lot of other teachers who just flow faster to make it harder (and make you not get to really live through each moment of stretching), you go deeper into the poses. You are the best teacher I have found so far on youtube! I can't wait to look at more of your videos. And yes please more 60min classes! Thank you

WOW - my hips feel amazing! It was challenging for me - as I'm starting to try the Intermediate videos - but I did the basic poses and got a lot out of this one! Feel like I'm sitting up so straight and balanced!

I woke up this morning with the threat of a migraine and felt very tight in my neck and shoulders. I tentatively made it to my mat and did this one hour long class. I feel so much better. Your gentle pacing and deep instruction really helped me to slow down and allow my body to realign. Thank you!

This was the first time I did one of your classes and absolutely loved it. I find that one really benefits from longer classes a lot more. And since we’re all looking for something to fill the hours during lock down this is a very good option. Please do more one hour classes and if I could request something that will improve strength.

Good afternoon Kassandra! #Nasmaste. Thank you for the wonderful practice. I very much enjoyed the hip opening and loose hamstrings feelings upon completion. I was happy to see the 1hr class posted as I typically look for 45min - 1hr practices. I do have one comment/suggestions for you though in regards to the ending... Wrapping up the video just as savasana begins is a tad frustrating as I either have to try and block out the audio of your next video while lying there or I have to end the pose and stop the video.Both of which are not ideal. some options may include: - Just letting the music continue for a few mins..even if the screen is black, displaying some credits, your website info or any other information you with to throw up there. - Spending a few minutes with us in the pose on camera and then signing off. Other then that it was fabulous and as always I am grateful for your guidance through my yoga journey. Have a fantastic weekend! Rob.

Wow! I really like this particular class. I can’t do everything, like the quad stretches, but I can do about 75 to 80% Of the flexibility and strength work.I’m very inflexible and it’s very challenging for me. I’d call myself a strong beginner. But by the time I hit shavasana my body is energetically,/electrically tingling. I know I’ve worked hard and that I’ve stretched to my body. I return to this class at least once a week. Because it’s so challenging and tiring for me, I actually dread doing it, which to me means I need to be doing it. I like your direct approach. With no flowery spiritual phraseology. And I like the teachers like you who tell you how long you’re going to hold a particular pose. Sometimes when I don’t know I will fall out of a pose, In exhaustion,when all I needed was to strain and hold it for another second or so. THANK YOU!

Had to break at 30 minutes, my armsss are killing me. Currently doing this on the floor of my dorm. Can’t afford a mat right now so I am using a duvet and my feet kept slipping lol. Feels amazing after a long weekend of exams. There is wet snow on the ground and I am going back home in a few hours. Life is good🥰

I love your classes, dear Kassandra. I love that you just get straight to it, no messing about. One thing though, I would love a more flowing vinyasa class what I mean is, that each asana flows into the next and the class takes you on a journey. eg warrior one to three back to two What I would love is a merging of power strength and balance Your classes would truly blossom for me if they had more variety

I really did Kassandra. I know that you can never please everyone - everyone wants something different, but for me it was perfect. I do a lot of physical yoga so I wanted one just about flexibility and an hour because I am doing it on the weekend. The music suited the practice, did not distract and was at a great level so that your voice was not competing. Speaking of your voice you didn't talk too much or too little. Which I love, some instructors talk so much they distract you from the flow and present too much cognitive load when the focus should be on the breath and body and not mind. One thing is I would have appreciated a longer shavasana. Great work, thank you.

glad I found something intermediate and powerful. this really helps with muscle stiffness from being on my feet all day. Could you also do one of these thats focused on relieving neck and shoulders, but is a little more challanging then yin yoga?

I just did this class in Sept 2021. It was really good! I would like a 60 min class like this that also has even a bit more for increasing shoulder flexibility along with hamstrings, etc., but I loved what this one did have.
