Every time I hear Patrick speak I'm absolutely captivated. He is such a kind, honest and gentle soul with a powerful presence. The two Norries have an amazing skill of discussing difficult topics , which are easier to listen to by balancing a sense of humour, empathy and compassion. This is my favourite interview to date. Well done 💪

Been through a lot that young lad, I think having the basis of a good early childhood, boxing, enjoying school ect. I'd say that helped pull him back, Best of luck Patrick, take it easy, be gentle with yourself.

Absolutely, some of the very best times of my life was the rave scene. Would I want to go back though, definitely not. Today, I too recognise why I was doing what I was doing when I was doing it. I have no regrets or shame attached to that period of my life, not only did I think I was having fun but it has also help shape and mould me into who I am today. And who I am today is someone I can look in the mirror and be proud of. No doubt, the same can be said for the 3 of ye.

I don't know any travelling man who isn't tough and good at boxing honestly if you make good friends with a traveller not one person will say a word to ya because they know your gonna have backup I hung around with some sound lads who wouldn't let anyone say boo to me as a young lad and I'm still friends with them today nothing ever changed they're very loyal to me I just find it very frustrating that some people still stigmatize travelling people in the wrong ways
