Canada here, wazzzzup dawg! Paint is nice, great way to start that vid lol...he did a fine job, front window trim same as mine lol...yes...there will always be something..."You love it lolol"... that being said, car future...I am stockpiling 1 of each major part or rebuild kits, time will come when none available or to expensive...as well, per a vid already on KZbin and in general a thinking I agree with...electric will be back in force, not driven by automakers but social demands on our environment...think on a side project of what it would take to electrify the 'lude...we talk more about it...keep the music pumpin n turn that wrench!

My bb5 had been painted by the previous owner and it ruined most of the trim. I bought a 5-7 trim pieces, probably spent $500 since theyre hard to find used in good quality.

your window goes up/down so fast compared to mine. i don't know if mine has a bad ground or just dead motor.. but takes a full 30secs to go down lol.

How did you remove those windshield trim pieces? Is it easy to break those clips?

How did I remove those trim pieces? Carefully. LOL The pieces on either side of the windshield are held in with screws, the top piece uses unique clips that broke, but are replaceable.
