Claudia has blossomed so much since she has been going to school. It will be great for the kids to attend school together and make friends with other kids they need to have that. They are growing up so fast the older boys are amazing and such great help to you Asher is the best friend to all. Good luck with your adventure in finding your new partner she will need to be special and have so much love to give to your children.

@@cathyburger3466 I would think he’d go sooner rather than later since he is nearing the age the older boys began working to encourage fiscal growth and foster familial responsibility. Working with the public without developing skills and abilities to assist with introvertness feels like a set up for failure. Mr Mills seems to have his kids best interests at heart and I’m sure will get Solly the help and experience he needs to grow beyond his comfort zone.

Hi Tom, I am from South Africa. So weird to see back to school in August, our school year runs from January to December. I hope all the kids have a fantastic year. The girls were super excited, and Solomon is a precious young man. You are such a good dad.

Each child has/was a different age, stage, and personality when tragedy struck. Solly was always a very emotionally sensitive child, sensitive in the sense that he was/is very aware. He was a bubbly boy when Andrea showed him on camera, much like Justus. And with precisely both of them you can tell the impact of their mother’s absence. Tom seems to be doing a very good job taking on multiple roles, it’s just that a mother can’t be replaced. Much like a father can’t. I would know, I began slowly losing mine to illness when I was too young too. I believe they can overcome and heal, but it’s going to be a journey. They’re already on it 💟

I heard him say for Sophia he enrolled her so she could get speech therapy, Eden has decided not to go back to public, one of the older boys goes to public still, not sure about Claudia but Tom did say her personality is just like the older boy that goes to public school.

Not sure about schools there, but when I was in school, the expo markers were for the teacher😂 and they took them up on the first day of school and I never saw them again. Kind of like the box of tissues, you are buying supplies for the classroom

Many time in classrooms now they use small dry erase boards, and do actually use their dry erase markers regularly!

I agree...you are one patient daddy! That place fleeced you big time. The prices were insane. Walmart would have been the best place to go...and the water bottle situation was insane! You spent over $100 just on unnecessary water bottles!

Always make sure your public school kids have a good water bottle. Most schools have water bottle refill stations. Just to make sure they stay hydrated during the day. ❤❤❤❤

I can't find 3 ring binders in the uk. I have a bunch of homeschooling curriculum all pre punched for a 3 ring binder. I Could do with one! Ive put most of it in plastic pockets so it can go in a two ring, but we need to take them out to write on them.@@catherinebarlow3079

Enjoy going shopping with all of you. It brings back happy memories. However as a mother and a teacher, I would get so frustrated when purchased markers were dry; erasers , colored pens and pencils were poor quality. It was a challenge to find school supplies that were worth the money spent.

This was a fun shopping trip! Hannah's back pack is so cute. Sophia and Claudia picked out nice ones as well. The purple lunch boxes are so nice!! Great choice. Looks like you all did well with your shopping!

I would always let my kids pick a new backpack because their tastes change each year. It was kind of symbolic of getting older and the phase they were in. Shopping off of multiple lists for school supplies for multiple kids in different grades is not easy👏👏👏

I remember buying school supplies for my daughters when went to school. Backpacks I would purchase I would purchase three each, one for elementary, one for middle school, and one for high-school. Erasers, crayons, colored pencils, highlighters,, pencil pouch, a set of folders (paper ones) 1 for notebook, and the hand in folders for repots.😊

College ruled notebooks are usually for high school and above, because younger students need more room when they are learning to write legibly.

Walmart is the BEST place to go for school supplies. Composition notebooks are .50, Glues sticks are $1 a Pack, Ticonderoga Pack of pencils are $2.98 Erasers are .50-$1 a pack of 3, Binder paper are .50, Folders with pockets are .50, and crayons/Colored pencils and markers are .50-$1 a pack

I know Staples sells college rules/wide rule paper for a penny at least once a year before children go back to school. Reinforced paper also known as reinforced filler paper sometimes is a good idea to buy especially if the holes on the sides of regular paper in the packs keep tearing too easily on you. Another option is to buy a package of adhesive labels that are stickers in the shape of a circle with a hole in the middle that are made to put on the punched holes of loose leaf paper that tare too easily sometimes. These adhesive labels can be bought at any office supply stores like an Office Depot, an Office Max or a Staples when they are in stock on any of these stores.

Thats mental how much stuff each kid needs for different classes. I got stressed just picking school uniforms for my lot and the wee bits like stationery and schoolbags etc when they were at school 🤯 Every shop was mobbed which made it worse. Anyhoo, good luck to the wee ones, enjoy school 😊

The most we're really expected to buy is a school bag, stationery and a pencil case to hold it all. All those binders, notepads, dividers etc aren't necessary for our Primary schools and our kids aren't allowed to wear their own clothes to school, it has to be a uniform with the school colours or all black with a white shirt/blouse

Walmart is a lot cheaper. Elmers glue sticks are $0.50 for a 2 pack, crayola 24 pack crayons are $0.50, composition notebooks are $0.50, crayola markers and colored pencils are $0.99.
