ill give u the answer. shopify payments (credit card) is usually the easiest, but depending on the country u should use what they use. any payment method inside shopify payments is ok, like bancontact or ideal. outside of that like mollie or klarna i dont recommend when starting out as the payout times are really slow and u can get holds, plus they might not let ur aply for it if u dont live in a certain area. paypal is also ok but u might get holds sometimes but as a beginner ususally wont be an issue

And you also say that you don't need to spend the 100$ of the campaign that you can evaluate it before.
