That is a battery with an inverter. There is no generator present.

Hi Ham! Correct, it uses an inverter, however just like a Gasoline Generator uses gasoline to generate power, this Generator, generates power using solar energy. But yeah while the term Solar Generator has been around the industry for some time now, we still see that the term is somewhat new to some people. Cheers!

Hi Kevin! Yes, most airlines have restriction for larger size batteries, TSA for example has a limit of 100Wh (and with permission from the airline sometimes a little bit higher).
