@@skykid4000 You can't actually do that because of how the game is designed. The rank system ticks up alot from simply being alive unlike Batrider or Garegga, and the game is designed around you suiciding. the player here is doing ridiculously well despite how high the rank had skyrocketed, but by the end they lost nearly all their lives. It's genuinely not possible to beat this game without dying.

The ship just has a smaller hitbox than it seems (only the center of the ship can be hit, not the wings). A lot of vertical shoot-em-ups do that. And he also used the invincibility frames from his bombs to avoid death.
