After taking my Boxster S in for the 60K miles, something else is now broken... and has nothing to do with the car...

Saved so much by doing diy with my 997, it’s not that hard either but some things take patience like the sparks and coils. Took about a day to do equivalent of major service (100,000km service) and certainly saved more than I can earn in a day so well with.

Ouch! that estimate hurt me also , go to a reputable 3rd party shop , probably knock a thousand off that number

Owning these types of cars, Landover and Porsche are typically purchased by individuals who value their time and will pay for services above and beyond to make sure their cars are in top shape and at all times. Perception is different when people by these type of cars that in reality can not afford that life style. Sad but true...
