He's not delusional. He's lying. Innocent people don't ask for pardons. As a law professor, he very clearly understands the law, so he can't plead being ignorant of the laws that he chose to break. He made the ultimate power play to strip U.S. citizens of their right to choose our leaders, and he lost. He fully deserves every rotten thing that will happen to him.

He made the ultimate power play and he lost. Unless Trump wins in 2024. With possibly less votes than Biden. Just like 2016. So, to allow justice for Eastman, vote in November 2024. If you only vote once in your life, vote in 2024. Democracy depends on it. The best hope for justice is disbarment in California. In the trial in Georgia, all the defendants need is one hidden MAGA juror. Or one juror who may be set for life if he saves Trumps and the others. I put my hopes in California. But I don't expect to see Eastman go to jail. I would be surprised if it happens.

What gets me is that people are still willing to vote for Trump after Trump’s gang tried to steal our democratic election in 202 None of those people should be allowed near the government and a lot of them should be placed in jail at least for couple years to prevent future scammers from doing the same thing

People may have never noticed if they had all worked to install a puppet that wasn't a complete potato. Instead, their chosen usurper spent the last couple of decades selling political influence in the USA to various Chinese, Ukrainian, and other foreign adversaries as well as to Russian mobsters and Mexican drug cartels. All to make himself rich. I think you have too much power because it worked. Now, only a civil wae will force the Democrats out of their Chinese funded dictatorship. Its no wonder they are fighting so hard to take our 2nd Amendment away. They KNOW what unstoppable force is headed their way. They KNOW they cannot defeat us! 1:44 _"We're no longer disagreeing about means to get to shared ends. Uh, we've got wings of the two parties that disagree fundamentally on the ends and the purpose of our government."_ He's right about this, and it's really sad. What he isn't right about, however, is everything he says after this. The Democratic Party is not criminalizing political opposition, and they aren't threatening to shut down speech of opposing political views. This guy is a perfect example of the Republican Party's persecution complex, and method of projecting their own faults onto the opposing side. The Democratic Party, for all of their own faults (of which there are certainly many) is attempting to protect the Constitution and maintain the ideals this country was founded in. Republicans are free to _"NUH-UH"_ until they're blue in the face, but that is the reality of it. On the other hand, the Republican Party is openly and unapologetically attempting to dismantle the Constitution and democracy. They make no effort to hide that fact, they just attempt to justify it by claiming they're being persecuted or that their freedoms are being infringed upon, neither of which are true. Bottom line, the existential threat to our country and our democracy is today's Republican Party. They are no longer a party with any sense of dignity or respect for constitutional norms. They've abandoned those ideals in favor of the drive for absolute power, and to turn the United States into a Christian theocracy. They've quite simply become a cult, with no room for individuality or opposing views, and that just isn't acceptable.

They geosync cell phone data with the on site surveillance cameras at ballot boxes and you see the same people dropping off handfuls of ballets with masks and gloves in the ballot boxes while taking a picture to prove they dropped them off. I wish they would assign a real journalist to cover this story. Why no discussion of election integrity? You focus on the accusations, but skip over the facts.

The "TEA PARTY MAGA MOVEMENT" needs to move aside and stop destroying American democracy. The little babies always cry when they don't get their way and throw fits. Bye. I'll be glad to silence you permanently if it comes to that. I'll vote for Joe Biden and I'll vote against ANY TRUMP person. No other TRUMP will win an election for POTUS. NEVER!

This case involved Phillip Turner vs Lt. Driver. He won this case and for the first time in the 5th circuit jurisdiction(Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi) people are allowed to photograph or videotape police or any public place which is not restricted to the general public.
