I like the drone footage, that's well presented footage bud. Some people saturate their video with over 40% drone footage because it's a new gadget etc. But this is one of the best fishing vids I've seen utilising the drone. Thank you for the good fishing (catching really) video, I enjoyed watching this.

I have been fish since i caught my first fish in August of 1956, 64 years ago, that fish was a hand sized black crappie, taken on a Nr. 12 Eagleclaw hook suspended under a float on braided line dangling from a bamboo cane pole using a chunk of nightcrawler. Since then my largest white water fish was 48" long weighed 38 pounds, a big buck Chinook salmon, taken on silver Korcodile lure rigged with a 0/1 treble hook. I was using my 7.5ft Roddy Rod, 15 pound mono-filament on a Mitchell 300 reel, I was 15y/o and stood about 5'8". My largest light tackle fish was taken with the same Mitchell 300 reel on the same rod, 15 pound mono-filament with an Eagleclaw 0/1 double hook rig attached to an 40 pound steel leader, a herring fillet in 80 feet, with enough weight to get it to the bottom, where it was allowed to bounce along the sandy bottom as we drifted. The fish I reeled in and landed 45 minutes later was 6'4" and tipped the scales at 94.5 pounds. I was 16y/o, stood just shy 5'11". My smallest was taken on a Daredevil lure with a Nr. 12 treble hook, it was only 0.25" longer than the lure or about 1.75 inches long, had to throw that one back, it was a rainbow trout smolt. Up until my stroke a few years ago, I still fished with that same set up, my first Mitchell 300 and the 7.5' Roddy bamboo rod, minus ~3" from the tip, the last line I had on the reel was 10 pound mono. Set up to fish for Rainbow trout o the upper McKenzie in Oregon. Ito love go fishing, I have fished lakes and rivers from Wisconsin down to Arkansas, the eastern Pacific from the Columbia down to Monterey Bay and in the Western Pacific along the reefs and off shore from Okinawa, both the South China sea and the Pacific sides of the island. The oddest sea creature I ever caught was a ~7 foot octopus, that is 7 feet tentacle tip to tentacle tip. The fisherman that I was with prepared it for our lunch, raw octopus with rice and sake. I just recently subscribed to your channel, I now have to enjoy fishing vicariously thru others. //es//That 70y/o Avid Outdoors Lady(before stroke in 2008).
