Hi, instead of creating those tables again in Azure SQL db, wouldn't it be better to by creating a flat file from your on prem database and then migrate using ADF/SSMS with Polybase?

Hi, I am facing issue with Copy data while moving the data from On-premise SQL to Azure SQL. I have configured the Managed Virtual Network Private Endpoints Integration runtime for my Azure SQL. But while moving the data, getting the error like Server and DB is not accessible. But when I use Lookup activity, its working fine with Azure SQL. What could be the issue?

Yes I believe there is a concept called masking. But that is enabled at table level. Data factory doesn't do any encryption before writing as far as I know

in order to know the source and sink detailswe are having a blob. blob file gives your pipeline the details of sources and sinks.
