Just a little bit of fun. Did a couple of (rough) calculations and worked out that this is how 6233 Duchess of Sutherland, A beautiful LMS Coronation engine known in steam days as the Duchesses, would be like if she was doing 100mph in steam days. The Duchesses were built between 1937 and 1948 by the CME of the London, Midland, and Scottish Railway in the name of Sir William Stanier. These engines worked the fast express passenger services between London Euston to Glasgow up in Scotland. Duchess of Sutherland has been putting on some brilliant performances since her return to steam in 2018 and thought it would be fun to see what Duchess of Sutherland would look like doing 100mph.
