63' Hatteras Hynautic contol rebuild/ 50/50 etheline glycol

What you think would cause my controls on all 3 stations to be stiff ? Fluid looks good. Pressure 75 psi.

I would start with your charge valves. Everything works well otherwise? Hard to say without being there. But I would start there.

@@CarolinaMarineGroupCharleston Yes, they all work fine; but just all stiff. So I let out the air first, but after, when the valve caps are opened will all the fluid in the tank and the two stations above it all drain out ??

I thought all hynautic took MiL-H-5606A aviation hyd fluid (red)?

No! 50/50 glycol with no additives. Or you can use the expensive Hynautic stuff. Most people use the 50/50. 😃 other systems do use the red hydro fluid but not this.
