64 Hands of Bagua Zhang

Liu De Kuan's 64 Hands of Bagua Zhang is actually Bagua sanshou with very practical yet unpredictable movements for self defence.
The form itself, to my opinion, is not so important for practise compare to the 8 palms of Bagua or Tàng ní bù.
But is very important to understand the body method in Neijia Quan when you apply the techniques!
Its a 2 men form and when is performed the experience eye can see if you have it or not.
A unique tool for practitioners in the medium level to perfect the body method before they enter free fight.
