I'll give you the general recipe.
I've listed what I've made by eye, so when you make it, please prepare it while tasting it.
[Akadashi (A type of miso soup) soup with Tsurumurasaki (Lamabar spinach)]
600ml Dashi stock
3 tbsp Miso for Akadashi miso soup
5 Tsurumurasaki (Lamabar spinach)
1 piece fried tofu
[Minced pork rice bowl with sticky vegetables]
*Minced pork
250g minced pork
1 piece ginger
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 and 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sake
2 servings rice
5 okra
10cm Japanese yam
2 pack Mekabu seaweed (food of the Wakame seaweed)
2 pack natto
2 egg yolk
[Garlic and eggplant Sukiyaki Soba]
2 serving Soba noodles
Appropriate amount Shishito peppers
*Soup
250g beef belly trimming
2 eggplant
2 cloves garlic
400ml Dashi stock
5 tbsp sugar
100ml soy sauce
[Chikuwa and okra tempura]
4 chikuwa
4 okra
Appropriate amount Tempura flour
Appropriate amount water
Appropriate amount frying oil
[Koyadofu (Dried tofu) with Worcestershire sauce]
2 slices Koyadofu
About 10 kidney beans
Appropriate amount potato starch
2 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
50ml Dashi stock
*It's especially delicious when hot and juicy!
[Zucchini and Myoga (Japanese ginger) with sesame sauce]
1 zucchini
1 Myoga (Japanese ginger)
3 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp Shio-koji (salted rice malt)
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
[Dashimaki egg with eel]
3 egg
2 tbsp Dashi stock
3 pinches salt
1 tsp sugar
1/4 piece grilled eel
Appropriate amount Sansho pepper (Japanese pepper)
[Uzaku (Cucumber and eel in vinegar)]
2 cucumbers
1/2 tomato
1 piece ginger
1/4 piece grilled eel
2 tbsp Dashi stock
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 and 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
A little salt
