Just a couple of suggestions / feedback - Not withstanding your disclaimer @04:51 that its a bare shell apartment and difficult to visualise it, you could have gone a bit slow to show case the rooms properly. Second, it will be better to stand and talk rather than moving around so fast and circling, as it looked as if the camera person was trying hard to follow or even chase you, thereby missing the finer aspects of the property. Where have natural water bodies and greenery gone in Mumbai and Pune? It is very sad that people have to pay crores to get open spaces and trees. There is not a single green belt left in Mumbai - Thane - Pune - Navi Mumbai area. Either it is full of slums or there are concrete towers.
