these Falcons look Great red!! Awsume car! the boy who bought my first falcon when i got divorced put a straight axle, & tilted the front end on it. i coulda bought it recently for less than $2,000.00, but have a stock sprint in my garage already.

I'm sorry for being critical but we wait half the video for you just to back it out to see it. I don't get that. I don't under stand why you have the front end jacked up higher then the rear of the car. Why? Is there a reason for that? I've seen other cars like that. I just don't get it. It looks a lot cooler to me to have the back end of the car jacked up higher in the rear end. When you get on the gas the car tends to level out. It looks cool having a wedge shape car cutting through the air. So even from a aerodynamic point of view it would be more sensible. Jacked up higher in the front would give a weird view of the road and anything in front and getting on the gas would make that even worse. At lest a wheelie only lasts moments but keeping that view going indefinitely just makes no sense. I had a straight axle under a 67 Ford Fairlane 500 GT with the back jacked up about 5 inches higher. In the 1970s we had a hotrod comic book called MAD magazine and they had the wildest cartoon cars drew on it. They were jacked way up in the rear with super wide tires sticking out the back the were awesome lookin. By the way your sounds and looks very cool and I love hotrod Fords. Well done otherwise.

The reason the front is jacked up is for weight transfer to the rear wheels. The engine is also moved back towards the firewall to help with weight transfer the the rear wheels. Do a google search for Gasser and it will have all the information you need on the whats and the whys for this type of vehicle.
