This apartment still falls into the "Officetel" category and I have a rental contract (=high rent, low deposit around 1-15k Dollars) not a jeonse contract (low rent, super high deposit around 100-500k Dollars). Korea has it's unique types of contracts. Would you be interested in a video where I explain the whole rental system here?
