Rent is cheap cause deposit is insanely high and deposit is supposed to gointo a high interest account so landlords get that too I bet this was a nearly 5k usd deposit

This is a studio loft. (American here) but definitely worth the price! I don’t think I’ll ever live in a studio again. I’ve been spoiled with my 3 bedroom house.
