Hi friend! What you made is what we call California Roll. I have eaten California roll in several other states other than California, and it’s always been called California roll with the same ingredients : Nori, rice, crab, cucumber, and avocado. It’s pretty standard! I’ve never seen it with cream cheese though. Sometimes the crab meat is mixed with the tiniest bit of mayo or Miracle Whip. Spring Rolls are normally like Chinese egg rolls, but slightly different and lighter, and are fried. They aren’t sushi. You Texans sure do things differently! Ha ha ha! Either way, it’s all yummy!!! Great video!!!

Where’s the dipping sauce? You’re scaring me, I have the same knit washcloths, before I knit anything big, complicated, I knit a bunch of dishcloths to get my mojo going. I chuckled when the family all scattered, it’s okay, I’d do the same thing, my mother keeps telling me I should have a KZbin channel, no way, something you don’t know about me, I used to get paid to be in front of a camera, now I prefer to be behind the camera., my mother was a test model for tv, cbs, back in 1956, she was/is beautiful even today. I think we have a weird connection going on here. Literally every time I think it’s been a while since Miss Gay has put out a video, I’m going to email her to make sure she’s ok, then the same day, before I have a chance to email, you put up a video. Then I figure, well, now I can’t email cuz I see she’s doing OK 😄. I have a little tip for you with the avocados. If you put them in a bowl with apples, they will ripen faster. It has something to do with the natural gases or whatever that the apples release. I always have a bowl of apples in my kitchen. When I buy avocados, I get them green and hard, but put them with the apples. That way they ripen quicker, but also last the whole week 😁 If I buy them ripe they are done for too quickly. Anyway, so good to see you. I’m sending a hug for good measure with my prayers 💜
