HOW TO MAKE SUSHI RICE

Eddy shows how to make perfect sushi rice in the first episode of our 'sushi series'.
The following episode will cover Maki Rolls with 5 more episodes to follow.
Sushi Rice recipe:
4 x cups of sushi rice
4 x cups of water
1 x cups of rice wine vinegar
4 x tablespoons of sugar
1/2 x tsp of salt
And just follow video instructions!!

Cool hack if you don't have short-grain rice. I had jasmine rice and used my coffee grinder for a couple pulses before washing the rice. Worked like a charm! This video is by far the easiest and energy-saving way I've found to cook rice, and sushi rice turned out perfect.
