I paid less than $16 USD and mine came with a US adapter, a dock with a slot for just the battery and a slot for the whole radio (only charge one at a time though), and a earphone mic with PTT surveillance kit. I bought these under the WLN brand and the Zastone brand and model X6, both in black. (They are also available in white also). One unit has low mic audio from the internal mic, but external mic is good, so it's a mic problem, probably need replacing. I haven't done that yet. My friends really like it also. Great for the kids, one of them said. There is a hack to program it on VHF, but I won't TX on it. Just for RX but the antennas isn't resonant on VHF. So not very sensitive there.

Could you please take out the internal antenna and check on what frequency it is matched?

FCC is not law, only rules. Too many wrongly exchange the info. Any software to program it, or is it preprogrammed? DIP switch programming? Multi button hold/press to step through channels?

you can program it via USB cable. not chirp but they have a different program. hold press bottom button to start scan.

There are two version of this in my country. One can be detected and programmed with chirp, another can't.
