Tuning the Skiff Rig

Potentially stupid question - does the boat breaker attach to the jib halyard? Trying to do my homework whilst waiting to use my new 800!

Yes it does. Take the slack out with the jib halyard and cleat off. Then apply rig tension with the boat breaker purchase. Pin the forestay, remove boat breaker, hoist sails and away you go.
