I KNOW I have had Hungarian meatballs, but no idea where! Seeing you making the sauce they were in made me remember how delicious they are. Hey chef, Please could you educate me by explaining why you put the mash on the grill. He only needs one paper towel but every time he pulls like 15 paper towels and then doesn’t even fully dry his hands with that huge amount.
