Nobody declared them Togolese but NPP KT Hammond told us on live TV that, they were all Togolese. Go to the Western Region and you would see the Nzema across both borders. Go to Upper West and you would see Dagaaba cutting across both borders. Go to Upper East and the Northen part sharing borders with Burkina and Togolese and both tribes all over both sides. Which government ever declared those citizens of these areas as non Ghanaians? You probably did not see the treatment meted out to them, that is why you are defending the wrong things done to them. Ask what they went through and you would be quite.
