67 Chevelle Full Floor and Toe Board Replacement!

We get a bunch of metal work done in this video so this car can be prepped for the next stint of its restoration! Everything we used sheetmetal wise can be got from restoration world out of Ohio.

Thanks for saving another one! Did you consider just changing out the firewall with the one piece firewall / toe board/ body mounts? It would of been less work by a longshot which saves you time and the customer $. I've done several that way , but if your an absolute Chevelle purist , nobody repros the 67 only firewall piece with the indentation , so you either have to graft the original section , or live with the flat. Nice job either way Ryan. I look forward to more on this car!

We did, but i really didnt have much time in this at all. I kinda wanted to do a full firewall, but this wasnt bad at all. And not sure if there will be more because the back of this car is super rotten and i dont think he wants to go any further with it unfortunately.

What does a replacement floor job goes for? To inner rocker

Just depends. Every car is a tad different. I normally end up having 40-60hrs on full floors replacements. Our shop rate is $65/hr. Most shops have a higher rate so itll vary from shop to shop.
