On a high pressure call in the game last week. He was looking at his play sheet , his hand was shaking where he could hardly hold the sheet. Shane needs to grow some.

They should have moved on last offseason but it’s such a Bears thing, the soft reset. Fire the coordinators not the coach. So once again we have a prized high draft pick at QB paired up with a lame duck head coach who has no idea how to develop them. Could have gotten Harbaugh but no let’s stick with a glorified defensive coordinator.

Everything is contingent with the O LINE! He needs to play chess instead of checkers. Meaning he has to dial up plays that keeps the defense off balance while mitigating the o line flaws. The right mix of play calling, establishing the run game, and o line executing blocks is all we need in order for us to find our offensive identity.

If you don’t fire the coaching staff now , and hire a new coaching staff. And you wait till the end of the year to fire the coaching staff you will hurt Caleb and his progress.

But if you dont do anything till the end of the year . Then just stay with eberflus and Caleb is that good that he’ll make the coaching staff look good with that amazing arm.

Cause he has an offseason to learn it lmao 😂 bro that doesn’t make any sense of “sense” either both things can happen still, Caleb can learn and try to make this happen with this offense and still it could hurt his development because he has to learn a new system, as well as he might get hurt because this line is atrocious don’t rule out firing the staff or flus mid season it makes sense for the team and tbh it would show a complete focus on winning cause we looking like we not win 5 games

This all falls in Poles lap. He tanks his team and gets a couple of first round picks big deal. He's had 3 years to fix the O-line and has let Montgomery, Roquan, and Mooney walk. Ridiculous!!!

Monty and Mooney didn’t want to be in Chicago anymore. Poles offered them contracts and they wanted to leave. He also gave Roquan a contract but he wanted Fred Warner money and he’s not on the level of Fred Warner.

( sorry not zero but , “90% “ can’t say 💯 ) I would hope he wouldn’t have filtered through this far just to suck. He shouldn’t be on the team if you thought he’s being soft. He may not be North south back.awesome, though lan around that. We saw him catch that no look from Caleb. Those are the intangibles he’s capable of breaking. How can Eberflus begin yet another season making the Bears offense yet again the laughing stock of the NFL? And yet again embarrassing the City of Chicago for the 3rd year straight. He is a good DC but obviously not a Head Coach and Poles remains blind to the obvious. No effective game strategy. No effective Oline. No in-game adjustments capable of calming a storm. No ability to keep the simple, simple to do. They have more talent on offense than most teams yet they play so poorly.
