With a banged up offensive line, Caleb struggling to throw the ball, and now a new coordinator running the offensive with little experience all while facing a gauntlet of winning teams ahead...I don't see how this team could possibly win another game the rest of the season. Flus needs to be fired too, the fact that Poles gave him another chance after winning 14 games out of 43 games in his tenure, he needs to go too.. for a former Offensive lineman to botch his choices for the shoddy work of an O- Line that has not protected Caleb, it leaves a lot to be desired. Every coach we have had has had a deficiency at that position, next to not having good QBs, let alone good receivers who can't get any separation from their defender's coverage. As a Bears fan for 44 years this year, I, as well as long time fans are fed up with the ineptitude, of the entire offense as a whole, has been stuck in neutral. It's now or never..I still feel that Eberflus and Poles need to be done in Chicago.. too many glaring weaknesses and injuries with no depth on both sides of the ball, is destroying their chances.

Can we not call plays where guys are still running down the field with their backs turned while our QB is being sacked? Play action with shorter routes, and check downs. Crossing routes, slants, out and ins, in and outs, drags, hitches, ect. STOP RUNNING GO ROUTES WHEN YOU ONLY HAVE .6 SECONDS TO THROW THE DAMN BALL!

Brown looks and sound more confident speaking compared to Waldron. Hope this guys can give a spark to the offense and give Caleb a better platform to succeed. Once Flus is fired at the end of the season, Brown will most likely be gone as the new HC will bring his hand picked OC. I am anxious to see how the offense play schemes/calls will be used on Sunday. Can't get any worse.

Looking to tape, you always see you look at the tape and if you look at it, you can see Caleb is confused out there. Don’t know where to throw the ball overthrowing the ball look at what he’s done in the last three games you gotta make a change.

This is play calling, why are they having receivers running deep routs when the defense is coming after the QB. Caleb trying to find receivers and holding the ball for 3 secs while they are streaking down the field. The line is holding enough but the routes are too deep.
