This is wonderful. I do see that every time The Most High will choose for his plan players for their character Abraham for unbending trust in His plan and obedience at all cost Isaac for his trust in his Father and his faith in The Almighty Jacob for his obedience for his mother's judgement of her two sons characters Judah, despite not having the best behavior in his youth and despite Joseph having graces given by Elohim, showing an evolution of character by learning his lessons (and losing two sons to their defiance of Elohim's will) and be willing to take the place of Benjamin not to have to endure the heartbreak of his father Ruth's loyalty, despite not being a direct descendant. When it has been less expected, Our Lord chooses those who in man's eyes are not worthy but in His they have just what is required ❣️

There are a number of teachings on the three wells being compared to the three Temples. However, there were four wells: two that Avraham had dug (Esek and Sitnah) which the P'lishtim had stopped up, the third (Rechovot) and the fourth well dug by Yitzak's servants in Be'er Sheva (Shiv'ah).

What do you think about account in Jasher that says Esau was about to die because he had killed Nimrod? (Jasher 27) I have read Jasher, but there's been a lot of bad comments about it recently, mostly from the Protestant Catholic community. More people in the Torah community either trust it, or trust it for historical value. Thank you! I enjoyed the message today. I have been going to some of the prophetic teachings from past years that have been very helpful recently. Shalom
@AssemblyofCalledOutBelievers3 жыл бұрын
Yes I believe that account to be true regarding Esau killing Nimrod and this is why he was famished after running from the scene back home and fearing Nimrod's men would hunt him down and kill him his life felt worthless so he sells his birthright. Jasher 27:7 says, "And Nimrod and two of his men that were with him came to the place where they were, when Esau started suddenly from his lurking place, and drew his sword, and hastened and ran to Nimrod and cut off his head." and verse 10 goes on to say, "And when Esau saw the mighty men of Nimrod coming at a distance, he fled, and thereby escaped; and Esau took the valuable garments of Nimrod, which Nimrod's father had bequeathed to Nimrod, and with which Nimrod prevailed over the whole land, and he ran and concealed them in his house." It is here that he encounters Jacob cooking the stew.

Question for you, so does Shabbat start at sunset on Friday or does it start at the dawn of Saturday and end on Sunday morning at the sunrise? Thanks for your insight. This question came up with an online chat and I can see it both ways in scripture.
@c.brooke91323 жыл бұрын
Rabbi Issac your teachings are so powerful, I'm learning so much. I believe God is trying teach me deeply about Jacob and his departure from Laban. I have a question. Why did Rebecca think her family (Abraham's family) would make better wives? Laban was worshipping false gods. I understand Abraham crossed over, but I didn't think that meant everyone in his family crossed over. I was confused there. If you can help I would appreciate it. Thank you for all your teachings! May Adonai bless you and your family.

They were not only knowledgeable to the God of Israel relative to the rest of the world but they were also of the lineage of Shem as Abraham was which was important for the priestly lineage to be maintained. 🙏

Isaac had such a pure heart before God. Throughout his whole life he could not identify with the mindset of someone with an evil intent. Surely God was protecting his innocence all of those years. A true example of what the Bible refers to as "man-child".

So glad to be able to listen to your teachings again. Odd though it seems Jacob's deceptions and faults are never pointed out. Didn't his name even mean trickster or deceiver? Which was later changed to Isreal?

It is because what Rebecca encouraged him to do was instructed by Abraham as inspired by God who knew that Jacob must receive the priestly blessing.

But how do the Jubilees compare to time as I know it? What time is the Jewish 1. Month in the sun callender? How can I know, how to keep the true Sabbathday of our Lord? A Sh'mittah is every 7th year, when the land of Israel is given rest. After 7 Sh'mittah cycles (49 years) the next 50th year is called a "Yovel" or Jubilee year and the first year of the next Sh'mittah cycle. We are not trying to promote him as any color... he was a jew and as such would have most likely had a light olive complexion. What John saw in a vision was feet like brass and eyes like fire in his glorified body but that is not to be taken literally that he is made of brass and fire.
