I'm not a morning person at all 😂 i have to use an alarm to wake me up since my schedule is different everyday.

my question is how do you wake up so early?? i sleep thru my alarms and everything T_T

from monday - friday i follow this schedule and then on the weekend i allow myself to sleep in ☺️🩷 its all about balance! plus having a good night routine can help you to wake up early. usually i go to bed at around 9-10 pm so that gives me enough time to get 7-8 hours of sleep so i can wake up fully rested 💕
