Very good patient, although I should not say she is a patient. But her explanation and expression is so clear and well structured. It depends on success of surgery like in some cases you can add upto 4 inches but most probably you can grow upto 3 inches for both legs i mean in femur or tibia depending on your choice well tibia is recommended because it adds 1 cm more i won't recommend to do femur and tibia together so for you to increase 6 inches you need two surgeries in femur and tibia both but if you want to do one surgery than do for tibia not femur will help you to add 1 extra cm

But just like you don't like your height, I don't like other things I can't change about myself, amongst which are a chronic illness that put me in a lot of pain from as long as I can remember. Would you rather be have an illness or be short? It can be tough for every person to accept who they are, but I just wanna reassure you that your height is a part of the beautiful being that is you. You may not be perfect, but you are beautiful that way 💖 Loving yourself would be easier on you, you know why? If you do this procedure, it will make you taller but it won't solve your lack of self love. You'll keep finding things you dislike about yourself even if it's not your height, you'll keep suffering, and trying to solve those things that were never bad in the first place. But if you learn to love yourself the way you are, you won't need any procedures or any validation from anyone cause you'd know better that you are amazing. I am 5'10 and I have problems with my height. In Czech republic where I live we have one of the tallest women in the world and it is quite easy for me to meet a woman that is my height and a couple of them straight up told me I was short...which I guess can't blame them for. While I find 5'3 women who want a 6'4 men hypocrites, I totally get when woman wants a taller man, at least 2-3 inches so that she can wear high heels. That's fine. So...I'm actually planning for this surgery. Money is not an issue, I have most of the things I wanted in my life so why not make myself more happy. I'd like to go from 5'10 to 6'1 which is where it really breaks. 6'0 is almost unrecignizable from 5'10 unless you have a good eye for height but 6'1, especially real 6'1 when barefoot is when you start being tall. 6'2 would be preferable but that would be vanity (actually I feel like even 6'1 is vanity) and getting your legs 10 cm longer would make you look weird. However, I always had this problem when my jeans were always too long for me when I got average length and average waist...so I guess I could take 7cm

It is said that it might help with those whose growth plate is still open, but how much it helps would vary from person to person, so it's hard to give you a definitive answer. Pain is also different for everyone. Usually, LON is more painful than PRECICE, and some say the pain during the lengthening period was manageable, while others say it was severe.
