Chicken wings on a Weber kettle is something we all love to cook. The problem is, there is never enough. So let me show you how I load up my Weber kettle with 6.24kg’s (13.7lbs) of chicken wings, making the biggest batch of hot wings.
As with all my recipes I run through the selection, preparation, seasoning, BBQ set up, times and temps, so you can recreate this recipe at home.

1 teaspoon of kosher salt
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
½ teaspoon of coarsely ground black pepper
1 and a ½ teaspoons of aluminum free baking powder

Heat proof gloves
Lump Charcoal
Saucepan
Gas top cooker

Black nitrile gloves
Cotton gloves
