You Australians are no longer allowed to say break-dancing and Olympics in the same sentence. 🤣🤣🤣

Why have you switched from fixation to that other brand. It's not better than anything...
@SchueysBBQ8 сағат бұрын
It's better for me @karlos7984, with no sugar, no carbs and a very low calorie count, and it seems like a lot of Australia agree. Better Beer is now the 2nd largest Australian owned beer brand. Fixation were bought out by the Chinese Lion Group a few years ago, they have slowly been going backwards, recently deciding to close the brewery where they make the small batch beers and the original owner has also moved on.

Great video, I have just bought my first Rump Cap! So 'stumbled' across you channel, now subscribed! Quick question, not on the cooking. But your gloves! What are those heat proof gloves? I am in th UK whoops! Sorry. But if you can tell me what they are then that would be great! Tally Ho old boy! 😂
@SchueysBBQ8 сағат бұрын
Thanks @stuartdavis1148 I truly appreciate the support, It means a lot. The thicker gloves that are heatproof are Hardcore Carnivore branded gloves, many companies get their own logo put on these gloves, a quick Google search should find you something local to you. Or if you are talking about the white cotton gloves I use under my black nitrile gloves, these here in Australia are readily available as a cotton gardening glove. Cheers, hope this helps mate and good luck with the cook.

Wow, thank you so much for really quick and helpful reply. Really appreciate it. I grill on a 2009 Weber Spirit E320 and Smoke on WSM 18inch so watching your videos is really helpful. Thanks Take Care.

Schuey, when you were putting the rub to your meat, your sly switch to proper mood music did not go unnoticed 🎶👍 I am not saying I have heard that 1970's porno riff before, and I'm also not saying I have that same tune cued up on my nightstand lava lamp / music maker. I'm just saying, I'm not saying 🤣 Seriously though, that lamb looked delicious.

Happy new year schuey - I love the little wing tips - they’re virtually completely edible, nom nom - some definite tastiness in there that certainly needs to be given a go Did another batch of the “Dorito” covered wings last week - with spicy chips Keep up the fantastic work young man

If y'all see Ras el Hanout blend in the store its pretty much the seasoning Pitmaster Scheuy has in the written recipe here. Its a commons Moroccan seasoning blend.

@SchueysBBQ4 күн бұрын
Thanks @kristoffdecks9704 well this recipe is based off my local chicken shop, unlike you, I have not gone around to all 128,745 charcoal chicken shops in the world and sampled all of their chicken and used a Pantone colour chart to gauge the colour grading of the skin.
