@@nicolicandler3441 trade them in for dumbbells!!! Kettle bells suck bro. The grip, positioning and balance is all off. Not being a know it all or asshole but if I were you I'd take em to the scrap yard. Then buy an adjustable dumbbell set!! 💪👍

lawii minae you do realise the people who are easily doing it are not doing the workout correctly if ur doing it right you will feel the burn even if you are shredded

@@gamingclips849 It doesn't meen necessarily that it has to burn. People who do six pack workouts often have to get more challenged then 4 minutes. A 10 minutes workout will probably burn more than a 6 min workout

Make sure you have the correct form and try and make sure that you aren't using other muscles to make it easier on your lower abs

BarbarianBody Thank you for your comment i will be doing all your workouts that involves dumbbells and parts of the body workout that I can find on your videos because my apartment gym is very limited but your videos were a godsend when I came across it not going to lie I just like the some saying I did the first round successfully it took me a while but I did the first round not in timely fashion but I make sure I did it correctly this brought back to good feeling makes me Forget since I lost my National Guard governor‘s 20 competition that put me in a deep depression of Binge eating since I saw your first video it woke me up the more videos I listen to you talking brought me back into the light kind of like Skywalker bringing Vader back into the light if it makes any sense after doing the first workout video work out like you always say in your videos do it correctly don’t cheat yourself you get a better benefit in the long run and how you explained and some of your videos what some people do to cheat and I like the way you broken down very well that it does not give you the results that I really like it my main goals are complete the work out from start to finish the correct way Keep in contact with you if it’s OK with you and win the governors 20 and earn the honor of being a part of the presidential 100 shooters The competition is very demanding it involves a lot of physical strain in all three categories pistol, rifle and sniping I have a little more than months to be ready with your brilliant knowledge and years experience I believe I will makr Goal because of your generosity making these educational videos to me that deserves a Nobel peace prize
