Vince i've seen you through the years on here I am very Proud of you. It is not an easy thing to have to deal with teaching and Motivating people to Exercise and to better themselves.. I would Know... I gained weight in elementary school only to gain more as I grew up. You wouldn't know it to look at me now but at my Heaviest I was a Hefty 285-290LBS. It wasn't until I was done with School and Graduated with Three Degrees and my Diploma. that it hit me.... what now? I walked everywhere so I had the Endurance all I had was Time 3-5 hours at the gym then a very Long walk home... I am So greatful for that experience bc that was when I very 1st realized I can do anything I set my Mind to...Hard work and Playing around with my diet I Dropped 100Lbs in 17 months.. It seemed to be quite a rollercoaster. Since then life came crashing in with work work and more work. The trouble was as a server and bartender amongst other titles. I lacked a real purpose. I could have kept going on my fitness journey.. Lord knows I knew I needed to. More Life came at me Long Distance Love. Three (3) Jobs in Two (2) States at One (1) time along with starting a new home with a newer Relationship I Had a Purpose again, to Take care of and focus on starting a Family.. Talk about Miracles this was about 2010 So I had to actually BE Present.. FF Ten (10) years 2020 Wow how things Change and as much Stay the same. I've been in quite a rutt this year as most have... I am very Lucky to have my family to back me up.. No Not the same Love a new Love a very Impressive Individual who Lives most his time across the country. We spend Quite a lot of time on the phone. I also started a new business venture mid to late '19 Just Figuring out the very Important details when Bamm "IT" hit . Longer story somewhat shorter Two Years and We Still have yet to meet.. this person happens to be a bit younger than me as well as Fit In Mind Body Spirit yes even Finance I have been so focused on the Mind and Spirit my Body has Changed little in the past 10+ years.. Along with the complete financial crush of last year.. I am soo very ready to Focus on my Body once again... yes somewhat to Impress my Love but Mostly bc I have been Ready for TOO LONG.. I have to say you can talk, Reminisce but if they were not there, It's Hard to GRASP the amount of Effort it has taken to get this far... This Year I WANT Results.. I know You will be there to Encourage and Motivate... Vince I Thank You for all that you have done to Inspire all those Strong Silent types in your Audience. I see the before and after's of the people you have worked with. I Believe this year you should bring into your marketing something of a more personal touch. before and after's from growing up along with a couple of Stories about your fitness Journey. Thanks Again, -Clint

Once you know the exercises just use your phone stopwatch, 40 seconds on, and then rest until that minute has ended, so you should be starting the 2nd exercise when it hits the minute mark and so on and so forth. Hope this helps

Just by watching I felt refreshed. Did you know you could teach people without them even being there... It sure felt like it. I think I want abs like you. But tell me, how fun is it? Nah, just kidding, I just loved the music. And watching you. And to tell you the truth, I felt like I had just done a workout. My mind calmed and then, I saw that you were right. A big thank you. Vince.
