This is their research work I am not capablf enough to raise snt wuedtion on these assessed figures. However my concern is on elite or oligarchy capture both in India and Pakistan. I do not see any deny occuring to this setting. We note that India was an almost laggard economy until 1990 whhen they initiated liberalization which resulted over following years and decades into economic 'growth' but all this growth endc up in a very skewed distribution of gains among population. Today India is reported to have foreign exchange reserves which exceeed USD 600 billion. Yes in India a shining but a tiny middle class has emerged but that is infinitesimally small when compared yo yoral population which is 1.4 billion plus. There appears no riddance to occur from the tight capture of tiny elite or oligarchy We can see the example of U.S the biggest economy of the world is in the iton grip of a tiny class as far the mamoth size of the economy. In U.S 85% of the stocks are with 10 to 12% of the population. In Pakistan such comparable status is much worse. So of past is any giude how can future be different ? and that is s chsllenge to break such shsckles which does not look any promising at all. What is your take on this state of affsirs ? around which the real meaning any growth and economic development revolves.

Hard opinion: I think pakistan needs a pseudo democratic 1 party system like China. But there should be a system under the party itself to elect its cheif democratically. Also there should be a parliamentary body in which representatives should be directly elected by the people but they should be legislators & ofcourse they should raise public concerns to the party. So they would shape public opinion & also bound the 1 party system to rules. The parliamentary body members cant take executive positions. Courts should be free & reformed at the highest level with a zero margin of error or biased in judgements resulting in incarceration & double the punishments on the judges as a intimidating measure. Religious sectors should have conclusive debates regarding the agenda of the state to eradicate any pressure groups...setting the agenda for every religious aspect in Islam on the macro. These things could be good or bad but this is my take on the dictatorship honi chahiye ya phir democracy honi chahiye. Majority here being democratic system can never never be holistically working for the people as it is competitive & they have to show something, be bigger than themselves etc to win next election aur unko 4-5 sal miltay hain doosra dictators should always be contained in powers so elected dictator but within the party so its a game within itself & to raise peoples issue there should be a non governmental parliament.

Pakistan will not be 6 th largest economy, reason education, india education rate is 78% (youth literacy rate is 96.5 percentage), on the other hand pakistan literacy rate is 60 and youth literacy is also 72, so this means india literacy rate after 30 year will be around 96 percent and pakistan literacy rate will be only 72 percent, That's to keep in mind in pakistan writting name is also a literacy, and madarsa is also litrate but in industry he has not much to do, the actual literacy will be way to lower then that.
