I watched every part of my life crumble before my eyes I lost my gf and also my large intestine life will never be the same again now and when it happened I sat there in a hospital bed couldnt do anything watching my life fall apart before my eyes ex leaving me loosing a body part living a completely different life but I listen to this and feel so much better it gave me nostalgia made me remember when my dad grandma and grandfather was alive I want them back I miss my childhood I wish I wasnt older I hate life I lowkey wish it never existed all it does is hurt you hurt you beyond you could ever imagine life hurts you deeply and all you can do is sit there and watch it happen watch your loved ones die watch your own life become shit when you thought you was gonna pass school and failed and ended up becoming a piece of shit in life no one cares about just because you didnt do good in school a piece of shit in life no one wants to be friends with a piece of shit someone just wants to watch die I'm not the type of person who'd burt anyone I love helping people and all living things I care about others and even animals all and life all together but no one gives a shit about me I should care about others life but not my own everyone elses life matters not mine

Makes me remember when I listened to this with my cat present and I suddenly got sad I would loose her. I clung to her and cried because I missed her, even though she was right next to me. They are working on therapies to rejuvenate humans. Lately, I found that they are doing the same for animals, specially pets. :) I've lost my cat a few months ago. He left the house to lie under a big almond tree last november and died there.

Truly this is a beautiful masterpiece of the modern age. This version is so deep and raw, it’s literally making me tear up as I listen to it. Just hear the rippling sadness of loss and hope to one day be where you once were coming through as if it were like a long lost friend who just gets the way you’re feeling. Almost an emptiness behind those strings, a sadness that’s almost indescribable, a soul crushing, heart piercing and wholesome piece all in one. One could surmise they feel incomplete and almost destroyed by this gentle, and even haunting piece. But, for the life of me, I can’t explain why I love it so much.

Im back, my mother is suffering from last stadium lung cancer. The cancer has spread out to liver & brains, she cannot remembered her family at all. Sipping drink is very hard. She was a strong & cheerful woman, i feel empty

I swear the Japanese are masters at conveying emotion in their music...whether it’s a movie, anime, video game etc. they are up there with Hans zimmer or John Williams Update* I can actually picture older Chihiro returning(either as an adult or elderly) with this playing as the reprise theme

Pay attention to sighs :stations - periods of life … small house first ( childhood) second big family one …those who leaving train- people who leaving us : parents friends … last station black empty swamp (death) . Also her face change a bit - she grew older .

After 4 years I've came here and discovered this version...God...I didn't remember this version for a long time and now...It makes me really sad because I've forgot it. Listening to this again after all these years it makes me feel happy and at the same time lonely, sad and...thoughtful. Everyday I get the train to go to school and my parents say that I've become more mature and more alert. This soundtrack and Chihiro herself makes me think that I'm like her, somehow, in that same train...and trying to realize my dreams. I'll never forget this wonderful movie.

cyborg XL thank you. She was my hero. She beat up someone who beat me up in front of my middle school. When she tried to overdose she and her family just smiled and found it funny. It broke my heart. She’s okay but it hurts when someone laughs about doing something that can almost kill themselves. They’re not thinking about who all will miss them

И вот я здесь...Самая эмоционально захватывающая и грустная сцена в этом фильме...в 15 лет я посмотрел один. В 2007 (17 лет) я смотрел с дядей, ему очень понравилось... Тогда летом тоже шел такой же дождь... Он умер 1,5 месяца назад от рака. И может быть уехал на поезде, который едет всегда в одну сторону. В другой мир.. И когда я тоже уеду туда, и я не буду уже таким одиноким, как та девочка ждущая на перроне.
