I like this a lot. But there is a lot crammed into a small space, and (for me) not very effectively. Everything is so close together that it feels like each space is invading each other's space. This particular design would benefit from a slight increase in square footage, even by only a few hundred square feet. It would still be a classic small farmhouse design, but with enough space that it doesn't feel claustrophobic.
