6X6 vs 4X4 lets crawl Scale Town - RC CWR

Can a 6X6 Mack truck crawl? A total redneck style crawler video for you to enjoy LOL. With rookie-101 Aaron and his Axial SCX-10 LC70 custom build on MST axles. So we headed out to one of the best places to test your rigs on, for some crawl action at Harvey's Passage. I want to test the Mack to see if it could crawl. Aaron and I took turns trying to out crawl each other and both rigs did awesome. The LC70 on an SCX chassis with MST axles, looks amazing and handles awesome. The Mack is running a dual motor setup with a custom RC4WD chassis with Axial axles and tranny. Leave a comment below and let me know which rig you think crawls best. Thanks, the Mack was a 3D printed body that I had cut and widen and custom built the sleeper. I know there is some files for 3D printing out there, the guy that did mine, wasn't very good (plus I don't think he does it anymore) Cheers

Thanks bud, it was a lot of work but worth it in the end. The cab was 3D printed, then cut in half and widened, the sleeper is all custom built out of styrene, the gas tanks below the doors are actually old servo boxes that have been modded. Cheers

I got mine printed from DCH 3D but there is a lots of other guys that print bodies. I had to widen the body and the back sleeper is all custom build from scratch, styrene. On a build like this, I just get a bunch on pics and just start going LOL. Have fun, Cheers

Yo Chris, I love your 6X6. What scale is the truck? Did you start with a purchased kit or a total scratch built from the ground up? I want to make something similar but maybe a different style cab. Awesome video and a remarkable build.

The cab was a 3D print but I had to widen it by an inch then a custom styrene sleeper. The chassis is a custom build from 2 other old trucks, I would say its in the 1/10 scale area ish LOL. It was a fun build, I would definitely do it again. Cheers bud

It is a custom build from a 3D printed cab that was widened by an inch then custom scratch built sleeper on the back. All sitting on a custom SCX-10 chassis with a dual motor setup.

Scale Town I have a chassis and axles from Integy and I will use a Tamiya Bullhead body so I can make a 1/10 scale rig to tow a Tamiya trailer. That's the idea anyways. Just need to get it all put together. Drivetrain is still up in the air.
