🐾in Australia if a person dies so many days ( I forget number) after anaesthetic, health professionals must report the death to the coroner for examination & investigation. She died only 33 days after the assault it’s a shame no law protected her rights he should of been charged with Murder!

He was smart enough to have a lawyer who had his previous acts inadmissible b/c he was not suppose to be out it was actually an error I forget how it happened but he was suppose to be in jail still so her family did win a lawsuit against the dept! Even know he was not charged with her death, they were able to bring it up in civil court b/c the standards are lower since it's money vs someone's life!
