Ford's power steering pumps from this era all were crap. Found out they make a $20 magnetic filter which goes inline with the low pressure line to the pump, and it solved this issue with their pumps.

Holy mad max!! I love it, that being said, blanking off the PCV system will only cause more problems because you're putting even more pressure into the block, what you need is a catch can set up with hooked from the valve cover to somewhere pre blower so that the fumes and pressure can be relieved. The catch can will keep you from sucking up the actual oil droplets. The other option would be to hook into the exhaust like dragsters do either way you gotta get rid of the pressure or you will start blowing oil out of all your gaskets

For the breather thing (I’m surprised you made boost tbh) you could get one from a GM 6.5 turbo diesel and set it up to suck from the turbo side, they have a design that limits the vacuum so you don’t suck your oil pan flat

Your primary problem with either of these setups is that you have a massive boost leak where the pipe goes into the intake manifold, and you may have other smaller boost leaks as well. The smaller supercharger should have been able to give you 4-5 psi at idle driven at 4 to 1, which would drop as the rpm went up. Because a rubber boot has almost nothing to grab on the intake manifold, you will need to drill a hole above the place where the hold down bolt on the manifold goes into the intake. Then, you will need to weld a small diameter tube (inside diameter about 3/16") on an angle so that it can be welded/brazed to the tube over the hold down bolt hole in the pipe, and cut the top part of the tube parallel to the manifold so that you can run the hold down bolt through the tube and tighten down to physically hold the boost pipe onto the intake manifold. The second major problem you have is that you are trying to drive both blowers from the water pump pulley. It HAS TO be driven from the crank, otherwise there is too much power loss. If you take the power from the water pump, the belts driving the water pump from the crank will only slip and burn up. Typical Roots superchargers use very wide (3") and toothed Gilmer belts, because superchargers take so much horsepower to run. Your current belts are constantly slipping ALL THE TIME trying to power the water pump pulley enough to provide power to the supercharger. V belts aren't known for being able to transmit much power, they typically only drive two accessories at a time (like the water pump and the alternator, or on another belt it will drive the water pump and the A/C - power steering requires it's own dedicated belt). In a stock situation V-belts are NEVER driving one accessory, which themselves drive another accessory - like you did. They certainly wouldn't try to drive any supercharger from the water pump pulley, because blowers take too much HP to drive. Even serpentine belts - that have a MUCH higher ability to drive accessories because their larger surface area contact on the pulleys is so much higher - have trouble driving a supercharger in most applications. Even aftermarket serpentine belt driven superchargers have a tendency to slip, and these have their own dedicated serpentine belt.

Boost pressure is the nothing more then the resistance to flow air. The ford transmissions are well know for puking front pump seals out at the worst times especially the c6 and e4od/4r100 variants. I drill and tap 3 #4-40 holes for screws to keep the seal from puking out.
