Last time i checked Pennsylvania isnt a commie state. If those headlights are indeed sideways, which unless they were special made they are, their application doesnt mean PA Title 75, and id guarantee they wont meet any other states vehicle code. As for the mirrors "which provides the driver an unobstructed view of the highway to the rear of the vehicle" so there are 2 things i can pointout very quickly and easily that wouldn't be legal. I didn't come on here posting a comment about it not being 100% legal without reason. Whoever it was said it was 100% legal.
