I went elec, have no regrets from going that route, between opening up exhaust an elec pump, it really woke truck up, happy easter to you an family also

@@zachtaylor4872 i need to do a follow up vid, but the line i capped from front injector passenger side, i ran to the return on the pump now, in vid the front injector drivers side returns to pump, i put a T in an now both sides go to pump

sir great video on the injector return line seals. By chance is there a different size on the orings top and bottom of the injector or are orings the same size?

They the same size, use plenty lube, it wont hurt anything

I’m looking on rock auto for the right parts but can’t find the o-rings. I’m also not certain the fuel line is the correct one either. Could you possibly put a link to the correct parts. I have a 93 f-350 IDI 4 door long bed with 4WD. It only has 180,000 on it and has fuel problems.

I have the same truck I just put fuel return rails on mine got tired of the o rings failing i have had my truck for 10 years the diesel we have now does something to the black o rings the return hose that comes with them kits are junk use gates barricade fuel injection hose it will old up to this so-called low sulfur diesel we have now

I would have went rails myself, but trk wasnt a forever trk so went russ repair, he does sell a good kit

7.3 idi did not have these problems back when we had real diesel low sulfur diesel eats up the black o rings the brown o rings i put fuel return rails on mine fixed that problem for a long time I hope lol

Low sulphur played hell with semi motors to, had to rebuild pump because of it on a 3406c model

I replaced all of the driver side and now the plastic parts Closer to the cab of the truck are pouring out fuel worse than before. I wish I could send pictures or a video

I think one of the lines or maybe some of the lines might be a little too long and it’s causing that cap to pop up a little. Could that cause that big of a leak? I let it run for 5 seconds and it was a 2ft diameter puddle

I cut my lines a 1/16 under 4" an fit nicely, def cant go over 4, also depends on what kit you used, cheaper o rings are a tad thinner than ones needed, if in doubt, buy o ring kit from HF, believe or not, there kits acuatley have the vitol o rings

You can use mineral based, vasoline works good, or buy at local auto store, just dont want to put together with dry o rings

@@tracyhill7960 just make sure hear click installing plastic caps, an if do away with return line from injector to filter housing, put T on pump an return both to pump
