I think that cab is designed to come of with a few bolts and a few wires for the dealer when they need to work on the engine or something to make it easier for them but idk

Flat bed it. But get or make one so you can add the wooden sides to it whenever you want. Or do the same thing but modify the OG bed sides to slide in and out of the flat bed

You should see my 01 f350 lariat, crew cab, long bed. One owner, kept in a garage. Only took it out a couple of times a year to go camping. Just turned 81k miles. bought it with 77k on it. Got my 20x10 tis 544 and 33x1250 nitto ridge grapplers on last month. Trucks like new condition, but it's got the V10.

@@stevepartridge75 Exactly. I don’t understand short bed trucks. When I bought my first truck at age 15, I looked for months to find an extended cab long bed Silverado 1500. I only found 2. One of them was a piece of junk and the other is the one I have now. Some day I’ll get a Duramax but don’t know when that will be. Can’t beat a 7.3, though.

I really believe and feel you should pull that cab off and do the frame 100% only because you've already dumped crazy amounts of money and effort into doing everything else around it that later on down the road your gonna regret not taking that extra half a day it would have taken you in making 100 percent sure every single inch of rust is really gone and that the frame is completely sealed. Anyway keep killing bro!!
