7.3L Super Duty (99-03) Radiator Replacement

How to replace the radiator on a 1999-2003 Ford Super Duty with a 7.3L Power Stroke.

I ruined my passenger side transmission line too. Will I have to replace the whole line back to the transmission, or is there a better way to do it? Thanks!

Probably too late now being that it's been 12 days since you asked, but anyway, I did try to make a new piece to attach to the hose but I couldn't get it to make the bends without kinking. I could be because I had a crappy tubing bender, but after destroying probably $10 worth of steel line in my attempts, I just said screw it and bought it new one. It wasn't priced too bad if I remember right. I think I even said to myself when I bought it that had I known it was that cheap, I wouldn't have screwed around trying to make my own at all. I wanna say it was like $50 or something. It was a pain to get it installed, but did manage it. With a better tubing bender it can definitely be done, it just depends on your patience level, tubing bending skills, and how much your time is worth to you.

Mishimoto. Factory replacement. Unfortunately they have gone WAY up in price since the last time I bought one a couple years ago. I think I paid under $200 then. www.mishimoto.com/1999-2004-ford-fseries-replacement-radiator.html
