I recently got an 8 minute run on atkt and it was because the game glitched out. For some reason she was naked at phase 2 and we moved onto the last stage

It was mosy likely at a higher pursuit level. Each pursuit level roughly halves her hp pools and later ones unlock the ability to release her in area 2.

My squad and I only managed on our third attempt cuz someone *COUGHS CALEB COUGHS* kept dying. Although we never transitioned weapons in between, we ran with 1 HBG, LBG, GS and GL all the way.

Congrats! We recommend switching sets however. Partbreaker is basically mandatory on Clothed KT sets, but does nothing useful on Nekked KT sets. So if nothing else, you should switch to sets that use useful skills instead of Partbreaker 3. At least if you are doing P1s. At higher pursuit levels she is much easier so you can do pretty much whatever.

🤔 Why doesn’t the build work for me? I tried the xeno+kirin set, and copied it except for xeno a helm to b helm. Results from testing status: (with specialist) -SleepNo.1: Fine -ParaNo.1: 2-3 shots for some reason.. is it the part of body I’m hitting? -KO: Fine But the most troubling part is the second para/sleep. Never triggered the sleep in 11 shots. Took more than 20. Same thing with para. Why does this happen? Was there a change? (Normal KT)

While they dont fix the CC treshold, I recommend going with one GS on the team, after the KO he can mount KT, this way is even easier than the usual CC, but it takes a bit longer

A friend made a Dragonpiercer build for fun, and it turned out to be so good... with the help of friends using 4 DP we managed to do a sub 5min Xeno. he was constantly flinching and didn't even had the time to be enraged. I've used it on behemoth during a full party hunt, even though his body doesn't have much weakspot it still did a stupid ammount of damage considering where it was hitting.(seing the attack name flooding the screen made it glorious too) On the pole without any atk buff like food/items or mantle you get a nice 130 per tick.

You can use another sticky instead to trigger the KO. However because of the delayed timer on the sticky, exhaust lets you time the KO better because it is instant.

If u inly want to farm weapon. Quit after the 3rd area and play again until u get 14-15 points. Thats all u need to get the 3 gold reward. Dont finish till the 4th one cos u will complete the siege and will have to obtain shit reward cos of ur low points

Soloing KT takes fooooooorrreeeeevvveeer. The earliest you can reasonably solo her if not a pro at her is P3-P4. Getting to that pursuit level solo takes about an hour of farming tracks. We'd recommend grouping up, even randos are better than solo KT hell tbh.

I'm trying to understand as well. It seems that if she leaves area 2 with two broken parts, and you break a 3rd part during her transition between area 2 and 3, she instantly releases when she sees you at area 3

When she gets to area 2 she will burrow if 5 parts have been destroyed. If when she get to area 3 you have managed to burrow her one and destroy 5 part again she will be released instantly. In the speedrun they burrow her once and destroy the fifth part while she is moving to the third area

We broke the 5th part for her release condition as she transitioned, so as soon as she entered the room it registered that the release condition was met and she instant released.
