if you look closely bottom right of the monitor there is some sort of green light, i'm assuming this is the new ben 10 extension which allows someone to change their physical form. Since he has really good aim and telly bridge accuracy i'm assuming he uses this ben 10 extension to become some sort of creature that makes him aim faster really consistent when it comes to drag clicking.
