7 Apartments with 2 Bedrooms House Tour on 70X100 Plot - DPRO.design

On a small 70X100 plot, construct 7 Apartments each with 2 bedrooms each. There are two different layouts utilised.

One layout (named Apartment Layout 01) has a livingroom, dining room and kitchen all in an open play layout. 2 bedrooms, 1 common bathroom and 2 balconies, one accessed through the living room and the other through the kitchen, There is no corridor so the whole house is filled with natural light.
The other layout (named Apartment Layout 02) has a livingroom, dining room and kitchen all in an open play layout. 2 bedrooms, 1 common bathroom, a master bathroom (master bedroom ensuite) and 1 balcony accessed through the living room. The rooms are access that the end of a corridor to maximise privacy.
The roof is designed to be accomodate the water tanks. It can also be designed to have a covering (ironsheets or rooftiles) or like this one, a roof garden and laundry space.
Plot/ Lot size = 630sqm/ 7000sqft (Minimum required 380sqm/ 4200sqft)
Total Floor Area = 1508sqm/ 16230sqft
Ground Floor Area = 165qm/1776sqft
Apartment Layout 01 Area = 76.5sqm/823sqft
Apartment Layout 01 Area = 81sqm/872sqft
Green Terrace Area = 73.2sqm/788sqft
Water tank Terrace Area = 75.8sqm/816sqft

2 bedrooms, each large enough for 2 occupants, with wardrobes
1 common bathroom for use by all occupants
There is no corridor so the whole house is filled with natural light.
APARTMENT LAYOUT 02
A living room with front facing balcony accessed through the living room. The living room dining room and kitchen all in an open play layout. A balcony attached to the kitchen accessed through the kitchen.
2 bedrooms, each large enough for 2 occupants, with wardrobes
1 Common bathroom for kid's bedroom and house guests
Bathroom for the master bedroom
Second Floor:
- 2 Apartments each with the layout description as on First Floor
- Stairs to the first and third floor
Third Floor:
- 2 Apartments each with the layout description as on First Floor
- Stairs to the second and fourth floor
Fourth Floor:
- 1 Apartments each with the layout description as on First Floor
- Optional rooftop access
- Rooftop can be adapted as a flatroof with activity access (roof garden, laundry and/ or patio)
- Access to water tanks
